we had a very good time in this beautiful and comfortable two-storey structure right on the beach of Follonica at the beginning of the pedestrian area from which to start hiking and cycling excursions.

We stayed in this villa as a family and everything was perfect. The view from every room was beautiful as the house was directly on the beach. Inside there was every service and every necessary good. The host was very kind and accommodated all our requests such as early check-in and a cot for the baby. Super recommended

Our stay at the beach house in Follonica was wonderful. The location is absolutely perfect, right on the beach, offering incredible views and easy access for relaxing days by the sea. The hosts were excellent—warm, responsive, and thoughtful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The house itself was charming, well-equipped, and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Some extra sheets would have been helpful, but overall it was an amazing experience. Highly recommended!
